Q15: We are a group of people visiting the Temple from local or interstate or overseas or we are from school & would like to visit temple. Can we have an organized tour?

Q16: We would like to perform Mundan / Tonsuring for our new born baby. Does the Temple have facility?
We don’t have requisite facility at the moment to perform Mundan / Tonsuringi at the temple However, we are in the process of addressing this issue.

Note: DO NOT bring human hair into the temple premises. Dropping them off in the Maha Hundi is an abhorrent practice and one is expected to desist from doing so.


Q17: I have bought a new car & would like to perform Vehicle / Vahana pooja. What is the procedure.
Congratulations!! There is no booking required to perform a Vehicle / Vahana pooja. Please enquire at the the temple counter and a volunteer would guide you.

Q18: I bought the house & would like to do house-warming function or perform any pooja at my house. Is there any priest available?

Please Note: Temple priests would not be available for performing house poojas during weedends and public holidays.

Q19: I am not receiving newsletters. How can this be resolved? or If you have any issues with our website….

Q28: I missed the last bus to Helensburgh railway station? Could anyone help me?
Don’t worry. Please inform at front desk counter and they may find someone or alternative way to drop you the nearest railway station.

Q32: Is there any ATM or cash withdrawal facility available at temple premises?
No. Sorry. Please visit Helensburgh town centre, where you can find ATMs. It’s within 5 minutes drive from temple.

 

Q33: Is there any petrol station available near-by?
Yes. There is one located at 149 Parkes St, Helensburgh NSW 2508 or visit google maps on your phone for nearest location.

 

Q34: I am an elderly person and have difficulty walking around.  is there a wheel-chair available at temple?
Yes. Wheel chairs are available near the front-desk counter. Please feel free to use them and return back when you leave.

 

Q35: What is Booking Service Register(BSR) form?
Booking Service Register(BSR) form is an one-time registration form and will save your time for multiple or frequent bookings. Once you are registered BSR form, you do not have to type all your details(such as Natchathiram, Gothram and Address) repeatedly for any booking form. The system will retrieve your details using your registered email address and used for the future bookings. You can manage your BSR details at anytime, anywhere, any device.
